This is an About A Chair, AAC53, Desk Chair, originally designed Hee Welling for Hay. These particular examples were produced in Denmark in the 2020s. Their design features a black powder-coated aluminum 5-star swivel base with casters and a gas lift mechanism for adjustable height. The molded shell provides a gently curved back and integrated arms, which are upholstered in blue fabric.
